Never lose a contract to an expired certification.

How it works

Certifications that update themselves.

Connect a credential profile once. You renew Security+, the issuer publishes the badge, and Complefi has the new expiration date the next morning — marked verified, with nobody chasing anyone.

Credly

Covers CompTIA, AWS, Cisco, PMI, IBM and every other issuer that awards badges through Credly. Reads your public profile — never your password — and it's off until you turn it on.

Microsoft Learn

Microsoft left Credly, so Microsoft certifications come through their own channel — a linked public profile, or a daily tenant-wide import for organizations on Learn organizational reporting.

Features

One record per person, and the tools to keep it honest.

Certifications

Pick from your organization’s catalog or add one that isn’t in it, attach the certificate as proof, and let an administrator verify it. Renewals keep their history instead of overwriting it.

CAC records

More than a number and a date — the contract, Prime POC, program manager, MPAS contact, card images, and the last reverification, all on one record.

Scoped team access

Managers get a roster for the org units they run, and nothing outside them. Grant authority on any unit and it inherits down; revoke it and it’s gone on the next request.

Expiration alerts

CAC warnings are on from day one, 30 days out by default. Edit the window, the subject and the message, or turn on certification alerts too. Every send is logged.

Reports

Compliance by org unit, certification status, and where your bench actually is. Every table exports to CSV, and managers can pull their own without waiting on an admin.

Security

Access control that matches how a contractor is organized.

Approval before access
An administrator approves every new account before its first sign-in.
Two-factor authentication
Optional TOTP through any authenticator app, with backup codes.
Scoped permissions
Organization-wide, limited to specific org units, or your own record only.
Live authorization
Permissions are read per request, so revoking access takes effect immediately.
Tenant isolation
Each organization’s data is isolated from every other organization’s.
Security notices
You’re emailed when your password, email, or two-factor setting changes.
